Submit the answers to the following questions, via email, to seamstress@damseldress.combust

  1. Type of bodice requested (from bodices page)
  2. Preferred Color (see materials page)
  3. Bust measurement (around fullest part, with the bra that you’ll be wearing) waist
  4. Waist measurement (around smallest part, usually about 2 inches above belly button. Hold measuring tape VERY tight!)
  5. Method of payment (I love paypal, and you can also call me and pay over the phone using Visa, Mastercard, or Discover. Money orders and checks will also work, they just take longer.)
  6. Date that you need the bodice by
  7. Any special notes or concerns about your bodice
